This is by far the best hospital i have ever had a baby at and my doctor was amazing...i recommend them to anyone...the staff is awesome and my l and d nurses were amazing as well and definitely met all of my needs.

The best experience to have going your first time and throughout life. I’ve been seen by almost all the doctors, and they have the most kindest and family friendly environment. I had the best First birth experience any mom could ask for!

My wife had an appointment today for a consultation on either continuing with taking a birth control shot versus receiving an implant. The implant option was introduced in a prior visit. The office was to provide follow up as to whether the procedure was covered by insurance, what the out of pocket would be, etc. On 1/6/2021, my wife was taken directly to the operation room with no consultation and told to remove clothing. She informed them that the shot had yet to be agreed upon. The healthcare worker proceeded to get brash and argumentative. My wife, hearing the commotion through the door, proceeded to tell the staff that she was uncomfortable in this forced situation. She promptly left. I had done research prior to the visit and determined that the implant treatment was contraindicated due to her preexisting condition. Had this location (St Vincent’s of Birmingham) done proper follow through instead of farmhouse, profit fused care, we would be in a different place. Be your own advocate. This office is only concerned with the dollar.

The most amazing woman/Dr. I have ever had. She treated me like I was her only patient and helped ease my fears of a high risk pregnancy. I delivered a beautiful daughter on my due date with no complications. I love Dr. Goolsby.
