Dr. Shirley is amazing, performed adenoid and tonsil removal and came in prior surgery to make my 5 year old feel better and to check on us (the nervous parents). He also came in after surgery to give us an in person review of her surgery! If we had to do surgery again, hands down he would be our surgeon.

We scheduled an appointment for a hearing screening 4 weeks out, received our confirmation email for the date and time of the appointment, even had conversations with the staff regarding the purpose of our visit over the phone.
