She is Very unprofessional! Spoke down to us as if superior. Chaos is what seems to be the norm. I'm aware this is a teaching facility but it shouldn't mean the patients are guinea pigs. Too many different Drs and residents making different diagnosis and too many mistakes due to miscommunication between them and Dr. WINKLER is the one who is ultimately in charge and fails horribly at this because she doesn't listen to anyone.
