Saw Dr. Casey for extreme pain calf of leg, thinking it was my bad hip. I was told the hip pain didn't go any further than the knee and it could be a stress fracture although the x-ray didn't confirm the diagnosis. I was fitted with a boot which caused terrible pain in my lower back and hip. I went to another doctor who felt my back and immediately sent me for an MRI. It was determined that I had two slipped vertebrae that were infringing on the nerves in my spine, not a stress fracture.
