I have been coming to Dr. Riddle for years and today was not a good day. I had an annual scheduled today 12/16 and I get to the front desk and a nasal voice was at the front desk. I signed and she asked for payment. I tried to pay my 35.00 co pay but she said I had a balance of 70.00. I told her I could pay 5.00 towards the balance. That wasn’t good enough and I only had 48.00 to my name and needed five to get out the parking deck. They turned me away and I couldn’t see Dr. Riddle because I couldn’t pay more towards my bill. Dr. Riddle is an amazing doctor but the staff didn’t want to understand that I didn’t have the money to pay anything extra towards the bill. Just very saddening.
