Had surgery with Dr. Fulmer 15 years ago and now I am back for a major surgery above my lumbar fusion with Dr. Bowen ...excellent doctors,excellent service, excellent care ,fully trust them they are the best of the best. I was referred to Dr. Bowen by another doctor who had a surgery with him
